We started as Airbnb hosts who couldn't find a cleaning service that met hospitality standards. So we built one.
ShinyBNB was founded in 2019 by a team of property managers who were tired of inconsistent cleaning, missed turnovers, and the constant stress of managing guest readiness across multiple properties.
We set out to build a service that understood the specific needs of short-let operators — not just cleaning, but the entire turnover workflow. That means linen, restocking, inspection, photography, damage reporting, and guest-ready confirmation, all handled by one team.
Today we serve over 1,200 properties across 12 UK cities, with dedicated local teams in every location. Our systems integrate directly with major booking platforms, automating scheduling and ensuring every property meets the same high standard.
